Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery. Products that have been activated or connected to a combat system are not eligible for return.

The product must meet the following conditions:

• original packaging undamaged
• complete set of accessories
• no mechanical damage or signs of use

Warranty

Warranty period is 6 months from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover faults caused by:

• intentional or careless actions by the buyer or third parties
• violation of operating instructions provided in the product documentation
• unauthorized opening, repair, or modification of the product's design, circuits, or internal components
• incorrect connection, wiring to other devices, or installation errors
• use of the product for purposes other than intended
• natural disasters or natural phenomena
• mechanical, chemical, or thermal damage
• defects in the external system in which the product was used
• installation of firmware or software not included with the product and not recommended by the manufacturer

Return Procedure

1. Contact us by phone, via the contact form, or Telegram — describe the reason for return and attach photos if reporting a defect
2. We will provide shipping instructions and cover shipping costs
3. Ship the product together with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or other payment document with the purchase date)
4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process a replacement, repair, or refund within 5 business days
